Flimsy, Buggy, No Support

The concept is amazing. If everything worked as advertised it would be a total home run!
BUT
Phone breaks easily. Waze doesn't work. Manufacturer support is less than zero stars. They are rude and condescending.

While we feel your frustration, you should know that we take customer service very seriously. We have checked your email address and see that you haven't purchased anything from us. Yet.

If you were trying to notify someone else about your troubling experience, we would appreciate if you notified them. Posting here doesn't notify them.

However, if you were looking to get customer service, you got the right place! We are happy to help you with any producs purchased from us! Hope to see you soon as a customer :-)!

good but...

its a good kosher phone but its not strong at all

I got a phat fig

The FIG offers flip-phone glatt kosher tech without sacrificing the ease of texting and other essential Jewish apps which attract many to smartphones and all of their insidious influence. The FIG phone is limited by an inability to text internet links, and as I explore I am discovering a few other limitations. I would give it an 89 out of 100. Or an 8.9 out of 10.

Costumer Service

I sent my phone repair over a month ago still didnt get it back!
they have some phillipine answering the phone with no costumer service.
I cannot get through to anyone there!

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to get through. I would love to look into it! Can you share the phone number you called from so we can look up if your call was routed wrong? I would also love to kow some more details regarding your phone so we can track those. If you'd like to email that to support@koshercell.org, we are happy to help. As always :-).
Regarding Fig repairs, it's not something we charge for (we're providing the service for free) and not something we can control. We send it to the manufacturer and wait until it comes back. If you would rather take care of it yourself, we're happy to share the manufacturer's contact info for you to take care of by yourself. Unforunately, we don believe your phone will get fixed any faster.
